Role Description:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our product offerings, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. This role is designed for a mid-level professional with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, particularly within the tech industry. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, sales, and customer success, and work with external partners to ensure alignment and maximum impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute detailed product go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to execute product launches.
  • Create compelling content (whitepapers, blog posts, case studies, videos, etc.) to communicate product benefits and drive awareness. Ensure content is tailored for different audiences, including customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Collaborate with key partners to ensure they have the necessary tools, training, and resources to sell and market the products effectively. Develop partner enablement programs to increase product adoption and market reach.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing communication plans. Manage product messaging, positioning, and campaign execution across multiple channels, including email, social media, webinars, and events.
  • Conduct market research to stay on top of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to refine product positioning and messaging.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using relevant KPIs and provide actionable insights for optimization. Report on the success of product marketing programs to the COO and executive team.
  • Partner with sales, product management, customer success, and other internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals and product roadmaps.


 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3-5 years of product marketing experience, ideally within a technology company.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills, with experience developing various types of marketing materials (blog posts, emails, case studies, social media posts, etc.).
  • Proven track record of working with partners to enable them with the tools and resources necessary for successful product promotion and sales.
  • Expertise in creating and executing integrated marketing communication strategies across digital, email, and social media platforms.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, track key performance metrics, and use insights to optimize marketing efforts.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the latest marketing tools, platforms, and trends, particularly in the B2B tech space.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
